                   I've been hearing ppl screaming: Change! Change!! Change!!! everywhere I go and to be very honest with you, I'm beginning to get tired of the 'Change' syndrome. Oh my dayz! The other day I stumbled on a post on twitter, a friend of mine Badmus Opeyemi had tweeted "master's from abroad or not, we're all gonna end up in entry level whenever we get a job". That got me thinking really hard cos I have this close friend who had gone to London to get his master's degree and fast-forward a year after, I have no master's I'm now working but he's still job-hunting and he says it's likely he goes back for his Ph.D cos d master's doesn't seem to be bringing forth anything. The problem with Nigeria is not that they have no graduates to fill the positions in the numerous organizations and companies we have, the problem is that the employers do not want to employ those who they feel they'll av 2 pay higher salaries cos they are UK or U.S returnees. So the other day I was on a bus, on my way home after a stressful day at work. There was heavy traffic as usual and a guy was busy playing games on his phone, he sat down behind me beside the window. My earpiece were plugged into my ears and d next thing I heard was the shrill cry of ole! ole!! ole!!! form behind me and every passenger on d bus had started chanting ole too. If you know me and you think I look good,I have a baby face and I'm a great dresser then you'll follow the tips.A very good facia scrub to use for your face would be St.Ives...makes it smoother,wash your face every night with Clarins or any good facial soap before bed. Use a soft sponge for your face while bathing,your normal sponge only roughens it.Always use facial cleanser every morning before bathing and at night after bathing to remove any make-up left over within the skin pores on your face.While making up never do wtout foundation before applying your make up if you have a rough face,it's not necessary if you do not av a rough face.Apply ur mascara frm d base to give volume to your lashes and remember,once is enuf cos u dnt want ur lashes looking clumpy.Always shapen ur eyebrows to make it easier while using ur eyeliner...a good eyeshadow is gud if you wish and don't 4get d lipgloss after the lipstick or before,a lipliner is ok if you use one and be sure dat ur m...

When you are in a relationship and things start to nose-dive,the next thing our instincts drive us to do is to talk to someone.Now,talking to someone in itself is not entirely bad because we are humans and it is just natural that you would want to discuss your issue with someone and get that person's opinion about what has happened.The mistake most of us make is that we decide to discuss these issues with our friends of the opposite sex and believe me,doing this is really bad.It is bad because instead of fixing things,it scatters it and what you think would help you(talking to someone)would only make your relationship worse.I'm not just saying this because it's what feel that's what would happen but because I've been there and I know that that is what always happen.The person of the opposite sex to whom you are relaying your problems gets the hint that you are down emotionally and then he/she tries to support you,care for you and unintentionally takes over the dutie...
